How long does shipping take for complete bikes?
Complete bikes typically ship within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Do Kink BMX bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop.
What is your return policy on parts and accessories?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Frame size depends on your height and riding style. Generally, riders 5'5" to 5'9" prefer a 20.5" top tube, while riders 5'10" and up typically choose a 21" top tube or larger.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and forks?
Yes, Kink BMX offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Aftermarket frames often feature a lifetime or multi-year guarantee, while complete bike components are covered for 30 days.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
