At Kink BMX, we stand behind our components and frames; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new, uninstalled condition with all original packaging and tags intact to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back to us using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
